30-Day Return Window

We offer a generous 30-day return period from the date you receive your Young Thug streetwear. All items must be in original condition with tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To ensure the best experience for all our customers, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
  • Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must remain attached
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required
  • Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products altered or customized after purchase
  • Items without original tags or in unsellable condition
  • Gift cards and promotional items (unless defective)

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days to appear on statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate upon processing (additional 10% bonus credit)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use, missing tags, or damage not caused by defect. We'll contact you before processing any partial refund.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns, but we'll expedite shipping of your replacement item.

Size Exchange Policy

  • Free size exchanges within 30 days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We'll cover return shipping for size exchanges
  • If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll offer a full refund

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.

Damage Claims

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging for inspection
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or refund

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
